I am occasionally asked why I would attempt a new project in online CBT, Learn to Live, on top of my already busy professional practice. It’s a good question. The short answer is simple: because I am deeply concerned about people struggling unnecessarily. The longer version has to do with wait lists, crowded schedules, proven methods, and an uptick in social anxiety in general. I took a few minutes recently to explain the genesis of Learn to Live to a colleague. Take a few minutes to watch the video if you want to see how they all have come together to inspire our Program.
